To establish the use of Dickens' works in the curriculum of schools in Chatham-Kent
To partner with amateur/professional theatre groups to present Dickens' works in Chatham-Kent
To establish a professional theatre company in Chatham-Kent focused on the presentation of works by Charles Dickens.
