Welcome To The Home Page of the

CHATHAM-KENT DICKENS FELLOWSHIP

Established in 2003

The CKDF is one of the newest branches of the International Dickens Fellowship. We were formed in 2003 by a small group of local citizens interested in promoting the artistic and economic development of Chatham-Kent, Ontario, Canada through the writings of Charles Dickens.

The parallels between our community and that of Chatham in Kent, England are highlighted in some of our articles which are published in an internet newspaper “CKTimes” under our column heading - “Dialogue with Dickens”. These articles also include commentaries about Dickens' works.

Recently we have instituted a newsletter "The Boz Bulletin" which can be requested by contacting us at our e-mail address: ckdickens@cogeco.ca
